Artist Spotlight on Eeviee Echoes & The Locations

Eevie Echoes & The Locations are a 4 piece Queercore band based in Brooklyn, NY. Their music combines elements of early 2000s pop punk, hardcore punk, ska, grunge and riot grrl. The lineup includes Eevie Echoes (frontwoman, guitar, vocals, primary songwriter), Emma Taylor (guitar, vocals, piano), Carmen Castillo (bass, vocals), and Nick Grasso (drums). As a trans, BIPOC-fronted, and mostly queer band, their music has a strong emphasis on LGBTQ issues, while always bringing raw power, pure emotion, and radical authenticity to each and every song.

The band has also played some notable shows such as Punk Island's 2023 Quincieñera, Weird Sister Record's Riot Grrl Fest where they played alongside Mint Green and opened for Vial, Gender Injection 2022 and 2023, and Pride at Purgatory where they played alongside SPYRTK and opened for Shamir.

Eevie Echos & The Locations are currently signed to Ska Punk International Records.
