This ‘flash mob parade of joy’ — created by October Project — includes a choral procession performance of their award-winning song “Joy” from The Book of Rounds: 21 Songs of Grace by Julie Flanders & Emil Adler as accompanied by the All City High School Marching Band conducted by Alex Jung as they march a route along northern Riverside Park from E84th St to E70th St, with an evening finale at Pier I.
