Ben Pagano with Killin' it in the Kitchen formed around 2009 by Ben Pagano and Martin Cash in Nyack, New York. It started off as just a creative experiment. Eventually the band found new members and transformed into 'Spineless Thug'. Spineless Thug played numerous shows all around NYC and NJ. Eventually members of the band moved out of the area and there was a brief 'resting time'. In the Spring of 2010, Ben Pagano starting digging up original songs from years previous, and started testing them out at NYC Lower East Side's Sidewalk Cafe. He instantly became a regular on the scene, and since has been composing songs consistently. An album is expected to come out Summer of 2011.
